Daemon Tools Problem

Ok so I'm trying to Install Daemon Tools. Whenever I try to agree to the End User Agreement it says there is an "Internal Error" and to contact support staff.

Edit: Alcohol 120% also doesn't work, same problem.

If you have used a Registry Cleaner in the past or present that can be the problem. Your best option right now is to :

1 ) Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2 ) Delete it in Registry
3 ) Reboot
4 ) Reinstall
