Daewoo Monitor Keys locked

We got out mom a Daewoo 19 inch flat screen Daewoo monitor and the keys on the monitor to..change the contrast,volume etc etc are all locked we do not know how to unlock this and the manuel has no information how to unlock it...hopefully someone can help

Do you mean that there physically locked, and the button wont depress, or that you can perss them but nothign happens?
