Dark Monitor

Well, if you cant tell by my sig, I'm cheap...

My neighbor had an extra 19" CRT so of course I jumped on it. Its a Princeton VF912. I plugged it in and it works bet is dim. My neighbor said that it worked fine for her, she had made some weird changes to the settings because of her type of work but it should work fine once I change the settings. Well I'm not sure which settings to changed (I think I changed all of them lol ) but its still very dim. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I download the "Manual" (Wasnt Much There) but it said the monitor should be "Plug and Play" and therefore requires no drivers.

Thanks for speedy help (I hope) this is annoying.

EDIT: There were drivers, I downloaded updated and there was no difference anywhere...Even in properties it still says "Plug and Play" monitor

Okay...i got it bright just its sorta grey and almost a slight green. I think i got it from here though.

I still think free things are great, just sometimes you gotta work with them

EDIT: How do you set the white point (i think thats what its called)
