Data on the Hard Drive

I go into my Hard Drive and Highlight everything and I get 130 Gigs and then I go to the drive itself or the partition and right mouse click and properties and it says I have 230 Gigs. Anyone knows why?
 
230 gb used space or total space? What size drive do you have? System restore will take up a lot of space if you let it.
 
I have 2 data hard drives D and E with about 130 Gigs of data one each one which has the same data because they are backup drives. When I do a select all to see how much data I have they both tell me about 130 gigs and when I go to My Computer and select the partition Drive D say's 130 gigs and drive E says 230 gigs. I'm the administrator and there are no hidden files or folder. One drive is a 750 Gig and the other is a 1T drive. It's my 1T drive that is giving me the 230 gigs. I think maybe the clusters are bigger, need to be defrag or something and I thought I would post to see if anyone know about this?
 
Defragging won't bring any space back. Like I said, either its system restore or page file or something. How much space is system restore taking up?
