Data Synchronizing

Hi All,

I wonder if you guys would be so kind and be able to advice/suggest me some tehcniques or software.

I have quiete alot of Music on PC which is on a second HDD, Drive D: now what I also have is an external usb HDD, Drive E:.

Now what I like to do is have a backup onto my usb HDD.

Issues is, the only way currently it is done is by copy and pasting the files across and then it ends having to update every folder, is their a way that I can make a backup say once a week, which only updates any music I have added since the week before, so only copies over new data.

Any please?
 
make life easier, use windows XP's BRIEFCASE, it works.

what i did
First i make the briefcase on my external drive then copy all data i have from my docs.
Now, if i updated a file in my Docs, i go to my briefcase then click "update-all".
but one problem with the briefcase is that it takes time to identify an updated file.
but then again you can google for some sync software !!
