Hi every one,

I post a thread earlier on saving my files, thank you so much for all the advice, me and my friend were succressfully saves my files. The only problem is that we format one of the hard drive into a linux systemfile format (EXT2) and I could not get windows on the other hard drive to recognize it. Please help me, I don't know how to use linux, if any onw know what to do please give me a step by step on how to do so. thank you again for all your helps.

So... your trying to get Windows to see a Linux formatted drive... in the same computer... I don't think that is going to work... Microsoft no likey linux!

I can get a linux CD to solve the problem if need be, but I don't know how to use linux and also we try to do it before but all the files were all lock and we can't change the permission to transfer :(

Why'd you format the HDD in a linux filesystem if you didn't know/don't plan on using linux?

if you converted any windows drive into an linux pertition then windows wont recognise that drive. it would be best if you re-partition your hard drive by using fdisk. (fdisk is a DOS operated program, you could get it from win98 CD-Rom.)
