Date and time annoyance!

I double click on my time to go to the settings and it says that I don't have the proper privilege level to change the system time... I'm the only user on this computer and I'm the admin.

Any ideas? Running XP Home.

See what happens when you go to Control panel > hold Shift > right mouse > Run As > and The following user Administrator.

try this:

1. restart computer
2. keep tapping F8 as soon as you press the resart button
3. go up to safe mode and press enter
4. it will load up
5. click on administrator
6. update it now
