Dazzle Driver????

you just didn't go far enough. Go back to the Dazzle page, there is a dropdown support menu choose dazzle products, then choose dazzle video creator 150, in the downloads area choose drivers- updates, there will be a link to download the installer. You must have registered the product to access this i think though. hope it helps.

or just skip right to here:http://apps.pinnaclesys.com/cdb/reg...upportFileID=24973&langue_id=7&productid=1426
it would appear you just need to give them a email address, preferably yours....

BINGO!!! got that installed, thanks. but i have encountered a new problem and that is when i plug the usb port of Dazzle DVC150 and run Pinnacle Studio 9 it completely freezes, just the programe [Not Responding] so i left it for 30 mins nothing happened. any idea why it does this?

thank you

sorry, I'm not framiliar with the hardware or the software....but did you try rebooting your pc. I would try to plug in the dvc let windows find it and load the drivers then reboot again with it still attached, then after a fresh reboot start the software, if it hangs again your going to have to do a little more homework......sorry i can't be more help....

i got the Pinnacle studio 9 working now but i cant get no sound out put? why?
I'd look for an options setting? or check your control panel to see if it has caused a conflict

ook here is the situation now... i am using Pinnacle Studio 9 to capture 30mins film clip off my Sony camcorder. i am using a S-Video cable to link camcorder and Dazzle DVC150. when i capture the video while its playing i get no sounds at 'preview window' at all. i tried looking if there is anything wrong with my sound card but there is nothing wrong with it coz i can play music on winamp and there is sound. i also tried looking at sound setting on Pinnacle Studio 9 but "i" cant find any faulty. after i converted the movie file into mpeg when i play back there is still no original sound that was in camcorder. how do i solve this problem? any solutions?
please help
thanks

ahhh i am so disappointed oh well i guess i am gonna have to get a 'DV' cable. what about USB? does it send sound?
