i have a dazzle video creator and its a a usb connecter thats has signal-in plugs on it was just curious if i could maybe use this with usb tv tuner software perhaps? hacked maybe?

Unless it has a hardware TV-Tuner in it(as in a place to plug cable TV in it) you can't just make it work as a tuner. Now you could plug a tuner/VCR into it using RCA.

so if i got a cheap vcr hooked cable to it then hook the dazze thing to it i could use it that way?

Not with tuner software or anything, but yes. It's just like plugging the VCR up to the front RCA jacks on a TV.
