i have a ps2 hooked up to a piece of hardware called dazzle, anyway it takes analog video (3 yellow red and white cables) and converts them into usb so i can view it on my compute as a webcam, but the picture is so small anyway i can increase the size, the option to is not there when i right click on the picture

That dazzle's resolutions are ranging from 160x120 pixels to 352x240 pixels and you can't improve the captured video quality. If you increase the window size it will be heavily pixelated.
