ddr Help please?????

The board specifications if not found in the manual will indicate the memory it will run. For an answer the make and model board would be needed here in order to look over the specs on it.

The DDR 433 should work, but it will only run as fast as teh motherboard will clock it (in other words, it will run at DDR 400 speed).

if its the same type of ram... like 184pin, or 240pin... then it should.
if its ddr433 and standard for the motherboard is ddr400, then it might run at ddr400 instead of specified speeds, but yes it will work.

Most boards that seem to run PC3500 are Socket 754 models from the product specs I've looked over. Even S939 boards run DDR400 if not DDR2. The best way to be sure on any board is to go to the manufacturer's support site to look over the tech docs there. It can be a little reading at tmes though.
