DDR Ram help

Hey, im taking out my stock 256 ddr ram and putting in 512ddr but im not sure what kind i need like there is different mhz of 512. i was wondering if anyone can help me on like what kind of 512 to buy? and anything i should look for on the stock one? thanks

It's made by Gigabyte is this it? GA-8S650GXM...i think it needs 400mhz kind?

Its actualy DDR333. Look for RAM by big brands like Corsair, Kingston, OCZ, PQI etc..

Yup. It will be downgraded to DDR333 (I edited my post), but thats not a problem.
