ddr slot prob

hi all

i have a 2004 rz mother board that only lets me use one slot at a time if 2 get put in on start up it will beep straight away
it dosnt matter what slot it in but can only use ome slot


help

Tried blowing out the memory slots with compressed air? Is the random access memory the same brand and model? Or is it different?
