DDR2 800 or faster?

I dont think that RAM will overclock very well.. maybe have a look into the Corsair XMS series RAM or Crucial Ballistix

Its DDR2 800 but its only slighlty more than 667 stuff (well corsair xms 2 x 1gb 667)

Id have to get a diff mobo, but i was prob gonna do that anyway.

Could i overclock this stuff?
