Geoff VIP Member Feb 5, 2008 #2 The screenshots aren't showing up, but have you checked to make sure that you have the RAM installed in the correct slots? You need to have them in the correct order in order for dual-channel to work.

Vizy New Member Feb 5, 2008 #3 i dont see any screeenshots..but ill take ur word for it. open up ur comp and check if the sticks are placed in the same color slot. ex. http://www.mandmcr.com/online_images/mobo.JPG for ram to be set in dual channel...you would need to put the stix in the same color slot, ex. the blue slots. gluck.
