DDR2 timing

Hello.

I need to check the timing and the voltage of my memory. In BIOS, it is set to auto. How do I find out the exact settings? I need to make sure that the timing is 4-4-4-12
Volt - 1.9-2.0V

well go into the BIOS and actually set them to those timings

You can use CPU-Z, no need for any installing. Just start it.

Well, i went into the BIOS. THe ddr was set to auto...

TCL auto
TRCD auto
TRP auto
TRAS auto....

I changed this from 800-5-5-5-5-15

to 4-4-4-4-12 as recommended.

However I kept getting serious errors when booting. It would shut down automatically. I kept trying to restart 10 times until I finally switched the settings back to auto and now it's fine...

What gives? Thanks.
