DDR3 Triple Channel?

Will someone explain to me what exactly this is. It will run good on a 790i Utra FTW board right?

It's for the upcoming core i7 boards which will have 6 memory slots.
the memory on these boards will run in triple channel opposed to dual.
I'm not sure if it will run as such in a 790i board seeing as those are dual channel.

Oh, I see. Thank you for clearing that up. I saw some on newegg and it just blow my mind.

The modules in those triple channel memory kits are just like all other modules. You are just sure that the modules have the same specs when you buy such a kit.
