I have an IBM Thinkpad Z60t and i have a dead pixel on my screen. Sometimes it is white and other times its black. Is there away to fix it?

Hehe

Generally speaking, it's a fault in the pixel itself and cannot be fixed. They would have to replace the whole screen. However most warranties do not cover just one dead pixel so you would have to pay for it all.

In my experience, any fault, no matter how small (ie a single dead pixel) is covered within the warranty period.

if you buy from newegg though it has to be like more than 6 dead ones before you can ship it back as faulty or rma it lol.

i don't think i can ship it back cause they are specially designed for Arab as the key bored has Arabic letters and stuff. it is still under the warranty period and i think i'll call them when i go back to my country which is after 20 days.
Thanks.
