Deal?

Im getting a VIA socket a motherboard with a AMD 2200 gigapro processor. Its a ATX-micro format for $50.00. Is this a deal or is this mobo a peace of crap? Can the processor handle current games? I'm thinking it can because my laptops processor can handle HL-2 and CS:S and its only 1.86 GHz. I just need reasurance.

CPU is not bad, (not great either); gaming performance depends largely on what VC you put in it. AGP I assume? With 1 GB of ram and a GOOD video card, it should do okay and be a thrifty deal as well.

thanks. I'm trying to get a cheap (but good) pci VC of ebay right now. Also I have a 128 stick of ram and I'm going to buy more once I get the money. I'm building a budget gaming pc. Ebay is helping me with this one lol.
