death blue screen unmount boot volume

Hi everybody,

I hope all of you in a best state of health.

Please Guys I have a huge problems with my computer. All my files on my computer.

The problem with the computer is the death blue screen unmount boot volume. I tried to go to mode safe but doesn't work. I restart my computer more than 6 times still the same.

I am worried because I have so many files and I worried that I might lost this files.

so, does death blue screen unmount boot volume damage my hard desk and how would I know if my hard desk is damaged??? and please explain to me what is blue screen unmount boot volume and why it happens

Also, I am doing recovery to my computer right now I hope it works.

I would really appreciate your help,

it is called a bsod or blue screen of death. it happends to try to prevent damage to your computer but it may of caused damage before it happends. everyone gets them and they are usualy not a problem.

Brian answer the guys question dont tell him BSOD happens, you're sinking his boat :P.
Unmountable bot volume is easy to fix, simply boot from the XP cd, go to recovery console and type CHKDSK /P , when that is done type FIXMBR
windows will ask if you want to write a new MBR say yes, apply and reboot.
