Is it possible to save music from deezer to listen in my car? I am riding in my car a lot and would like to listen to some quality music from my usb flash drive

IF you subscribe to the premium account you can use your device (smartphone, tablet) to store music locally.

Other than that you can buy music and store them on your usb flash drive. If you have CDs, use itunes to import them in the format your car can read and then copy them on your flash drive.
