I accidently opened a file that came in through my email. I had AVG Anti Virus and Windows Defender running at the time. Both programs picked up that the file was unsafe. Trouble is before I could do anything, Defender closed itself down and now I cant restart it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same happens. I have Ccleaner also, and when I open that it immediatley shuts down. I tried downloading Adaware so that I could use it to find what the problem is but that closes as soon as I open it too. I have also lost my folder options in the Control panel too.
