Defrag Probs

How come when I defrag my computer, it still looks like this??

Also, after defragging, it shows me the files it couldn't defrag, and a lot of files above 600MB (if not all) arent defragged, can I fix this? Or is there another tool for defragging correctly?

Did you defrag it with less than 15% space ?
 
u need at least 15% free space on the drive you want to defrag to work properly. also sometimes it wont defrag properly if your files are of foreign characters.

it looks like you're running out of space, only 8% space.
 
Yes, but i thought it wouldn't be such a big deal, and I did it before, with 15 Gb free, but it didnt work properly neither that time...:(
