3 questions: Whats a defrag? How do you do it? Can it decrease load times in a game if I havent defragged in 4 years?
 
Defrag is when windows goes and and rearagnes your files on where they are on your hard drive so they can be found faster. To run it im guessing you run windoes... so start>Programs>accessories>system tools>defrag.
I think it can make things work more smothly i don't know if you will be able to tell if it's that faster... yes microsoft says to do it like every couple months.
