I'm trying to delete a folder with nothing inside it, but apparently the folder is being used by another program. The folder used to contain a DVD video in it, until I figured I didn't really need it. For some odd reason, I deleted the dvd inside and then went to kill the folder 
But apparently, the folder is being used by... something.
So, Using the internet, someone told me to use the del command.
I got far enough to get to the point where it prompts me "Are you sure? [Y/N]" but when I type "Y" or "Yes" or "y" and hit enter, nothing happens.
I'm not experienced whatsoever at this. :\ So any help would be appreciated.
