Deleting files

Now that I've transferred all my files over to my slave drive, using Norton Ghost, (thank you Hellbreather) can someone tell me the best way to delete all the files/applications etc, apart from operating system, off my master drive.

Also, will have have to create new shortcuts to the desktop as I now want to run all applications etc from my slave drive Z:

any help appreciated.

If referance to this question I cant recommend a tool that will do this but I will look and get back to you.
I would recommend just deleteing them manually but depending on how much stuff you have it could take a while lol :P
