Deleting partition without losts

I have my internal hard disk partioned (C and D) but I got an 80Gb external one (F). My C, where operating system and other unaddressable programs are installed (Microsoft ones, MSN, Googletalk, etc), constantly is getting temporarilly filled by defrag and other files (that only disappear at restarting). Is it possible to delete the partition without loosing information? Last evening I tried with PartionMagic, but it seems that's impossible. I just gave a little more empty space to C, rearranging the partition. But I would like to get just one internal hardisk without formatting, that, for me, would be very hard for the amount of information and applicactions I have. Many thanks and greetings

It won't let you delete the C partition due to the fact that it's your system drive and would mess up windows.

If you wanted to singe drive you should be able to delete the D partition and increase the C. If you have stuff on the D partition, you will need to move it to the removable or burn it to CD/DVD.

That's the problem

Due to the "intelligent work" of a friend, I got stuff inside D, that I do not dare to delete nor to copy F or CD and delete. I think that with the new free space that I got in C I will be well. Many thanks. Greetings
