dell 4400 powers on but no monitor???

I think my agp video card is fried im going to go pci incase the agp slot is gone the computer turns on fine but does not display a picture is that just the video card?

Is there any video card on you mainboard?
If not I think there must be a alarm?Isn't it?

If you do not resolve this via video card swapping, the power supply is the likely culprit
