Dell A07 Bios won't flash, how to do it?

I have a Dell Dimension 5150 that has the A02 Bios. I have tried to flash the A07 Bios three times and it won't take. Anyone else tried to do this to their 5150?
 
I was servicing one a short while ago, I got it to go but it carped the motherboard. I recommend not flashing it. Dells are crap, cant do anything to them with out a problem. But i recommend do not do it because it will cause the pc not to post. Something is up with the flash utility on that model.
