Dell A10,A920 Printer Problem

Colour Cart ran dry & I bought a Dell Trial Cart off eBay to replace it. It would not print any colour. Had no previouse problem. Black prints OK, & will print Colour in B&W. Thought I had duff Cart, so bought another from a High St store. Still does not work. Followed Software help guide, cleaned contacts on Cart & printer. Re-installed drivers etc. No joy. Any help appreciated.

is the black one and the color one in the right spot...and did you buy the correct kind?
 
Try purchasing a true Dell cartridge directly from Dell and see if that fixes the problem. Many times these third party sellers offer product that is not always reliable.

Well the Dell one has the correct code on it`s label, & the second (Ryman Brand) was given by a store assistant & looks correct.

I did purchased a Dell Cart 1st.
