Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum so please bear with me.

My computer stopped working properly last night, and I guess I've caught some kind of virus or bug. When the internetplug is in, windows keep on poppin up, and the computer freezes all the time. Even now, when Im not on the net, it freezes and IE windows pops up.

Well I got the Dell CompleteCare ensurance, and Im wondering if it will fully take care of my problem, which I guess not.

So my alternative decision is to somehow damage it, so I can get a new computer from them. Although I wanna hear if any of you have done the same thing succesfully?

Why not just run an anti-virus/spyware program? And if that doesn't work, you can always just reinstall windows.
 
ya, like avg, then get comodo, as a firewall

(the only reason i mentioned comodo, is cause they are paying me to advertise their product)
