Dell Dimension 4600 cannot turn on

My Dell Dimension 4600 cannot turn on, do anyone have the same problem, does it relate to the power supply units or the motherboard matters, the LED light in the motherboard is a solid green color

Try this.

Turn power supply off at the wall - leave it plugged in and the PSU switch on.

Hold down the power button on the PC for 30 seconds.

Turn power back on at the wall and try to start it.
 
It could be the power button. Remove the switch and cross the two connections with a wire or flat head screw driver.

I would also try to clear BIOS. Remove the CMOS battery on the mother board for 5 minutes and pull the power cord from the computer.

I used to own a 4600 and upgraded everything in it except the motherboard.
 
Do any lights come one when you press the power button? There are 4 diagnostic lights on the back of the computer labeled A, B, C and D. Are any of them lit up? Colors would be green and amber. If you don't get any response at all, most likely just a power supply but could be motherboard as well.
 
If there are no lights on the back it either means its working fine and you haven't got the monitor cable in or the monitor off, or a pre-bios issue.

Do you get any beeps from the computer, if so what are they (i.e. 3 long, 1 short, etc)

For the later, turn it off and remove the water battery on the motherboard for a minute or two, replace and try again.
