Dell e521

I am still debating on whether to keep the new dell e521 I bought at a discount.If I upgraded the video card what is the best low end card I need and would I need another power supply? Thanks in advance.
I also plan to add another 1 gig stick for 3.5 gig total. For what it's worth I am not a gamer but I would like my videos to run a bit quicker.

Get a nice and cheap xfx 8600gt xxx Zalman. Their only $80 after a $30 mail in rebate at tigerdirect and newegg. If that pc is running vista and in 32bit you might as well forget about a nother gig of ram as vista 32bit only recognizes just over 3gb of ram. Plus, why would you need 3.5gb of ram? You wouldnt even notice a difference!!
