Dell i3647 Inspiron

My Dell is less than 2 years old. It works OK, then the screen goes haywire, with these horizontal lines shaking on the screen...freezes up the computer. Have to turn it off, then back on. Any fix for this???

Could be anything from the video driver needing updated, overheating or even a loose video cable. Try updating your video driver first.

If it freezes up the computer, could it be something like a video driver? And is it simple to update the video driver ???

Go into device manager and tell us what it says under display adapter.
