Dell Inspiron 8600 DVD drive help

I have an older inspiron that i need to be my workhorse - my desktop just died, I do my own movie backups, use office suite and surf the internet so not a big deal. however, I think my drive is pretty original. is there a drive i can put in there that is DVD-R and blu ray so that I can burn those types?

you can definitely buy an external drive for your laptop to do this

I am not sure if you can find an internal drive for your laptop that will burn blue ray disks though.
