please dont think im crazy when i say this but no process is showing up my friend at all

But at the bottom of the task manager it is saying CPU usage 100%?

OK, when you click on Processes in the task manager, there should be quite a few processes in there. Which one is fluctuating and has a high number next to it?

taskmgr.exe, but only at like 05 to 09 its not much at all i guess thats why im so frustrated

Make sure you click on show processes from all users and then click on the cpu column to sort by cpu percentage, you will then find the process using the most cpu. Tell us what it is. System idle process at a high percentage is normal.

the cpu usage is 100 and the max number nect to each is around 89 to 100 it fluctuates quite a bit

OK, you need to take a screen shot of task manager and post it. I think you are getting confused.

Next to each? We know System Idle Process will be high as that is normal..which one has the 89 too 100% next to it under processes?There can never be a 100% next to one process then there also be another process with 100%. Out of all the processes..each one will add up to the complete CPU usage that you are seeing at the bottom of the task manager.
