Howdy,
I have a Dell Inspiron 1011, Intel(R) GMA 950.
according to Intel this graphics card supports dual/extended display on my laptop.
However, i cannot get it to do this. I can only duplicate the primary monitor.
I have attached a small 7" USB monitor and cannot get it to extend.
Now on my Larger laptop, HP (a year old) as soon as i plug it in, it defaults to extended view, so i know its not the monitor itself.
Can anyone give some advice? Am i screwed?
Im going to try and update the drivers for the graphics card to make sure they are up to date. But other then that, im not real savoy.
EDIT: i should also add, the Mini's OS is WIN7 "STARTER" and the big laptop is WIN7 Full version.
