My neighbors are having a problem with there windows xp dell laptop. they said it worked fine but when they click there user name and it starts to load all of there settings, an error code comes up that says login error terminating program. Once they either click the X or ok it brings up there desktop background but does not bring up the start menu or desktop icons. I tried restarting it but nothing happens it does the same thing
