Dell Latitude D600 Issue

I've got a Dell Latitude D600.

Windows XP Pro SP3
Intel Pentium M 1.6 Ghz
768MB RAM
Dell TrueWireless 1350 Wireless

I've had issues over the past several months where I will log on and it will randomly drop my wireless and ethernet drivers. I decided to reinstall Windows. After I got all the drivers installed, I would have conflicts with the Mini-PCI slot driver. It would also drop my ethernet[not even detect ethernet] and drop my wireless. I can sometimes get it, but it still drops the wireless every few boot ups. I'm thinking the hard drive might be going bad [physically] because I run a SeaTools and it comes up empty. I have some Intel 2200BG wireless adapters that I might try and see of that solves the issue, then remove the PCI slot. If both of those fail, then I'll try a new HDD.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Well, I think I fixed it. I flashed my BIOS from A15 to A16 and that seems to have done it.

Another update: After a few restarts it dropped again. I swapped it for an Intel 2200BG card and all seems fine now.
