Hi
I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. For some reason the wireless wont turn on. I know you have to push the F2 button but it wont work.
Also, if I go into the "Windows Mobility Centre" to turn it on, the button to do it with is unclickable?!
Any ideas? It has defently worked before .
Thanks
Harry

Make sure wireless is enabled in the bios, make sure the driver is installed for it in device manager. Turn the wireless on and off you have to press the ctrl button and f2 together.

If that doesn't do the trick it's possible that you have a bad wireless card. If it's possible to take it out and put it in a different computer that'd be your next step. Granted it's a laptop but if I remember right the wireless card is hidden behind a pannel on the bottom on those and shouldn't be too hard to get at. (I'm guessing you're talking about an internal card)
