My MSI motherboard die so I got a replacementDell OptiPlex 780 200DY Motherboard LGA77.

Does anybody now if I can connect it to non Dell computer case's power button, restart button and LED indicators?

I can't find instructions on how to connect the front cables, does anybody know which cable goes where?

Thanks

No, Dell motherboards use a coupled connector for front panel connections. You would have been better off buying another motherboard that isn't an OEM.

is there any way around it?

I will wait until the mobo arrives. Hope there are markings for the Front panel connectors. If I can connect the PWR and get the computer to start I am good. haha

Not really since power button and usb connections are involved. Also, is this a btx motherboard? Most dells are btx now not atx.

As you can see here, this is what the IO connector is like. So good luck with that.

Also if you notice, there are no heatsink mounting holes, so the front panel connector is far from your biggest worry. Dell's use a heatsink that is mounted in a plastic mount that swivels on one end and screws down to the case on the other end.

In the end, this motherboard will be useless to you.
