Dell Optiplex slow at first

Yes, im using a Dell Optipex. Its a great computer and all. GTX 1650 GPU, I5 3570 CPU, 16GB RAM. But there in one issue that really bugs me. When i first start up my computer, it is CRAZY SLOW. But after about 3 minutes, it speeds up and is fine. Whats the deal? How do I fix it?

Maybe you have too many programs loading at bootup? Are you using a sata hdd or Sata SSD?

Probably just ancient/slow storage and too much crap at boot.

Once you aren't waiting on storage and everything is in RAM it's smooth sailing.

Did more digging and I did have a lot of junk active on startup. Problem should be fixed now. Thanks yall!
