Do the the Hell desk support speak English?
8 hrs and 45 mins on the phone with them trying to get my computer to boot after performing a bios update. I learned sometime its better just to ask for a tech who is american.
I actually got through to an normal techie in Texas once, and I was all happy, but then he was like "what the.. how the heck did you get this number?" and he promptly transferred me to some Asisan dude who, of coure, couldn't speak English.
