Which of these two models is better in terms of speed, efficiency and hardware upgrade for normal daily tasks?

1.precision4800:
Cpu Intel 4940mx
Ram ddr3 16(2*4g bus800) +8g bus 1600
Ssd sata 256

2.model latitude 3500:
Cpu 8145u
Ram ddr4 16g
Ssd 256

I'd take the one that's about four years newer, but they're both pretty old at this point in the game.
