Okay we need more information, did it stop working on your computer all of a sudden? Did you upgrade your OS or re-install your OS and are now trying to install it again? What version of Windows are you using?

Well if you have installed the drivers for your disc drive and other media disc are working then your disc may be damaged, getting a disc resurfaced does not always fix them.

I checked the web and could not find a ISO image for you, there are plenty on torrent website but.....

My Disclosure: It is not illegal to use torrent websites for downloads as long as you honor the EULA (End User License Agreement) of that software vendor. So as long as you download a legit version of Microsoft Works 9 and have a legit serial number for that software you are not conducting illegal activity. However if you download Microsoft Works 9 with a crack or any form of serial activator you are in violation of the EULA and can be fined and face jail time. Not to mention they are usually riddled with infections anyway. If you have questions about the EULA for that piece of software feel free to contact Microsoft and I am sure they would send you a copy via email.

Though if I may recommend you should try Libreoffice, it is open source alternative that cost nothing and you can upgrade and install for free for life. Microsoft Works 9 is based off Office 2003 which means the latest version of LibreOffice is more compatible with modern Microsoft Office formats. It will have all the Microsoft Fonts and can save in Microsoft Office compatible formats. Just some food for thought.
