Dell T-3600 for Gaming?

I just acquired a Dell Precision T-3600 (free) and am wondering if it is worth upgrading. What I would like to do is upgrade the GPU and hopefully have a decent gaming machine.

The video card is an NVIDIA quadro 600. I have read that this isn't great for gaming.

Am I wasting my time upgrading to something like an EVGA GeForce GTX 970? Should I shoot for something less expensive like an Asus GeForce GTX 750 TI?

Processor is XEON (R) E5-1607
8 GB Ram
425 Watt power supply

Suggestions appreciated.

the power supply will not handle a massive graphics card like the 970, however a 750ti would suit that PC beautifully.

Thanks man. I appreciate the feedback. This thing is built like a tank, I hope it will be good for something.

Any other suggestions for a GPU are welcome.

The 750ti is going to get many recommendations solely based on its performance per watt, which is matched by none in that price range.
