Dell Transfer

I am finally getting around to transferring my dell out of its crappy case. It gets up to like 200 F at times. I am pretty much set on the case and mobo

Any ideas for the cooler and PSU, or comments on the rest?
 
are you getting a case fan, if you do, make sure the fan blows air OUT the back of the case, as this will pull air in across components. Most fans have an arrow on the side with direction of rotation and air flow.

Also , something I discovered. Forced air will not cool something bellow the actuall temp of the air... or in other words, even if you have the biggest fan in the world blowwing 98 degree air across your cpu heatsink, the heatsink will not go cooler than 98 degrees.

200 degrees is way to hot, you may want to get a liquid cpu / chipset cooler.
 
Part of the problem might be with myu current cooling system and case. Dell somehow managed to cram (what looks like) a full sized ATX into a micro ATX case. So its not just the CPU, everything else gets hot as well (GPU record: 120 degrees, which shut it down) so I'll start with a decent case and cooling. I would buy a liquid cooling system, but don't have the $. Most of the ones I have seen are >100. I have 370 to spend on a mobo, case, PSU, and cooling. Mobo and PSU are decided, but if you have an alternative case and liquid cooling system that fits my budget, I will be very grateful.

EDIT: Case change- the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16811119077 case looks like it will do better-way cheaper, sort of the same design, and everything else I need. More $ for liquid cooling.

*Bump* as well as question: I honestly don't understand what parts I would need for liquid cooling. If I bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835124007 would I also need to buy the...thingies that you attach to the computer components?
Since I would be getting a cheaper case, I also have my eyes set on http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106061
Which would be better: More expensive, but colder liquid cooling that I have no experience whatsoever with, or the Thermaltake. Keep in mind that part of the problem I have now is the Dell case. One 80mm fan for CPU and one 60 for everything else.
