Dell U2412M vs ASUS VN248H

So I have to buy a new monitor, and since I work with it all day I wanted something good.

The main use would be working (programming and documents), a little gaming and movies.

I was looking for a 24" (maybe two in the future) and i came across these 2 monitors:

The asus is a little cheaper, but the Dell might be worth the extra money. I'm not an expert so I'd like to hear your opinion on the matter.

Thanks a lot

I'm an UltraSharp fan myself, but ASUS is also good. Depends on what you want to spend.

since I work on that monitor all day long I'm willing to spend a little more if it's worth it.
But if the difference is minimal and it's noticeable only in professional use it makes little sense.

The UltraSharp is more ergonomic in the sense that it swivels, tilts, and can be raised/lowered, whereas the ASUS is always in a fixed position.
