I need help with a little problem i am having

every time i start up my pc i get the following error messages

can not find c:\user\rdp that is listed in the registry can not load or start up. check if the file exist on your computer or remove the file from registry

I get this message everytime i log on to windows the problem only gets worse when i click ok on the message because than my whole system shuts down and restarts my pc again

can anyone please help me out?

assuming user\rdp is something you do not need and probably that is correct
click start\run
type regedit
hit enter
search the registry where that command is bein envoked by , and delete each instance, there may be more than one location containing that user\rdp.
---=== editing the registry can be potentially dangerous====---- if you edit / delete something you should not..in this instance I think it is ok.

thanx for the heads up

i would like to thank everyone who came with a possible solution to my probem but the thing is i still have the problem.

for exaple i tryed the regedit option but could not find the file that is mentioned in the error message anywhere so i couldent solve my problem that way

I tryed running a virus /mallware/spyware scan but norton did not find any new instablitys on my system
so if anybody got an answer to this riddle i would gladly apperciate it because i have no cleu what is going on with my cpu
so i send out this cry for help once again

thanx

You will either be able to find and disable it with this simple program: Startup Control Panel

Or you can locate it and disable it with this critical program: Autoruns

Note: "Autoruns", only disable (delete) that one thing, some of those things in there make Windows run (actually many)
