Desktop for parents

I am looking for a very low cost computer for my elderly parents with windows 7, because they will be completely lost with windows 8, since having only used XP.
The only thing they really do is read email, surf the internet and play a simple online gambling game. I came across this one http://www.microcenter.com/product/420740/Inspiron_660s_Desktop_Computer

Heck yeah, get it mate. That Celeron works very good and quite speedy. The rest of the specs are just right. It's a capable system.
